Amazing Company. I spoke with Tammy who was very professional and seem to care about my issue as if it were her own. She went above and beyond to try and get someone to my residence the same day and even though that did not happen there were out first thing the next morning. I also received a follow up call when the work was done to make sure I was satisfied. I wish I could say the same for my rental company who is Invitation Homes as they have horrible customer service and no follow up. In fact I am still waiting on a supervisor to call me back in 10 minutes which was 3 days ago. NEVER RENT FROM INVITATION HOMES if you enjoy your sanity. This company " Total Solutions" will definitely have my recommendation to my friends and family who have any plumbing issues Thanks again Tammy and team! The office staff is super helpful, the plumber sent to fix my shower valve was Michelle and she was a rockstar, super friendly, VERY knowledgeable and fast repair, and took the time to introduce herself to my dog so he would calm down. Tammy got me scheduled in quickly and was very nice.
