I got my car done here in 2013 when I got in a t bone accident, the old lady receptionist (bigger woman) was rude. Did not get my car 3 1/2 weeks back later because after the two weeks we came and my tire was flat so they got screws all over that parking lot of theirs, and then they did not even fix it properly I still had problems with that tire loosing air afterward. I will not be going back to these scam artist I looked at my paper work and they did not do what they said they did either. I’m not sure why they took advantage of me just cuz I’m a girl but what should I expect from a “Busch” autoshop?

Ron Stone is the epitome of professional, trustworthy, an extremely hard worker who takes so much pride in what he does and just an all around great person with a fantastic team! Even though there's another Gerber Collision closer to my house, I will drive further to have my vehicle repaired by Ron! He keeps you updated and informed every step of the way daily and usually finishes the work ahead of time with beautiful quality! He has handled 4 repairs on 2 different cars for us in 3 years due to the negligence of others hitting us and he's always there to lend an ear and tell us not to worry, it's going to be okay. Bottom line ... he's an extraordinary person that is very personable who cares about his clients as much as their vehicles!! 😊
