We used them for 2 years all of it was not a good experience. The portal is not well formatted or easy to use. Customer support is not easy at all.We have moved to one of the big players and its worth every penny.

I have been with Primepay for 4 years. I'm not exactly sure why I've stuck with them because they have consistently messed up every part of my payroll on more occasions than not. And don't bother trying to get in touch with anyone who works here. You leave voicemails and e-mails that will not get returned at all. I don't mean late, I mean ignored all together. I have dealt with entry level team members, supervisors and recently I requested to work exclusively with their manager, Amber Netto. And now it all makes sense. Amber started off attentive because she knew how terrible a job her team has done but after several months, its more of the same. I e-mail Amber, don't get a response. I call and leave voicemails for Amber, they don't get returned. So, If the manager treats her customers this way, it's no wonder the service is terrible from the top down. If I could go back and do it again, I'd just do my own payroll. Primepay is not worth the trouble. I spend way more hours dealing with their mess ups than I would if I just done it on my own in the first place. Avoid Primepay at all costs!
