Would definitely recommend this company for water damage cleanup. My technician, Tera K, was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, polite, professional, and communicated very well at every step. Great company.

Wow, what can I say? My family and I are truly thankful for the friendly, prompt, and excellent service. Because of our insurance company, I probably called Joseph and Lori 100 times throughout this process. Everytime they were understanding, patient, responsive and followed through on their promises. Shout out as well to Jose, Josue, and Tyler for their thorough and professional approach towards all the work they completed while in our home. We contacted a few companies before United, and we were definitely taken advantage of...I wish I would have contacted United first. I reccomend that if you have mold/water issues, make them YOUR first call! Services: Mould inspection, Mould removal, Water damage cleanup

They came out quickly to our condo and helped us determine that the flooding was coming from the adjoining condo unit which was not occupied at the time. They worked seamlessly with our insurance and stopped the problem and dried out our condo so we could get started on the repairs in a timely manner.
