Swan provided outstanding customer service, for exceeded my expectations. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient. He fixed the immediate problem, identified related issues do that he was able to take care of potential problems due to poor water quality, thus avoiding unexpected repair problems for the near future. Atlanta Star Plumbing has consistently provided exceptional service to me for a number of years, and today was another example.
