Took care of my leaking sprinklers. Did the job while I was at work; had all the parts needed and paid via square up. Quoted me over the phone prior coming to my house, final price came close to what we talked about.

Awesome job, came and replaced my control unit as it was old and leaking.  Professional/friendly and prompt.  I am more than pleased with the service and will be calling shortly to add a timer.  I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for irrigation support!

Be careful and read of our experience. In January 2021 we spent over $12,000 for a then state of the art WeatherTrak Irrigation System. This was the finest system on the market. It had multiple options. It had automatic shut off in case a leak was detected. It had a multi function monitoring application. It was tied in to a weather monitoring system that would adjust water usage to climate. We were told that we would be eligible for an income tax credit due to water conservation.The installation and initial servicing were excellent.  Over the past three or four months, wr have had notifications through via  the WeatherTrak application that service was needed. There were leaks and a major line breakage that needed attention. I tried to contact Toby Mannella, the owner of the company, for servicing.  He did not respond to phone calls, emails,letters or voicemails left on his machine. There was one exception however, when he said he was coming back from vacation and had contracted Covid. With that in mind, I waited a couple of weeks before attempting to reconnect. Sadly, no response. Mr. Mannella cashed our check(s) but failed miserably in customer service. It should be mentioned that shortly after the initial install, when everything was in its honeymoon period, we had Mr. Mannella and his wife over for a barbecue in our backyard. Everything was fine, we had a good time.  Later however, when problems arose, we were dumped. By the way, per our CPA,  no deduction for income tax credit existed for that type of water monitoring system.  Per a former employee,"He just does not want to be bothered coming to Wai'anae."

Hawaii Sprinkler And Lighting is AMAZING! I called back in May this year because I was having issues with my irrigation system. They sent a team out that week and fixed our issues. They walked us thru what needed to be done, explained everything step by step, and answered all my question. Fast forward to October this year I came home to one of my stations on when I came home from work. I attempted to turn off my system but the first station remained on. I attempted a couple things I seen on you tube with no luck. I reached out to Toby at Hawaii Sprinkler And Light who then attempted to guide me in fixing the problem. He walked me thru getting the sprinklers to stop but water was still running through the pipes. Toby offered to stop by and take a look. This was later in the afternoon on a Friday. Toby was able to come over and fix the problem in just a few minutes. I can't say enough about how awesome Toby and his company Hawaii Sprinkler And Lighting are. I highly recommend them. Very responsive and truly care about their customers!
