        I am very dissatisfied with this insurance agent's office. Whenever I call no one answers the phone, it always goes to voicemail and I leave a message and it takes hours and sometimes days for them to call me back. I had an accident claim a couple years ago and i wound up getting it resolved by an agent on the mainland. I've been with Allstate for many years and am happy with the company. I guess I'll just have to find a new agent that actually cares about their clients.
