Under Pressure Power Wash LLC

First off we have been using this company for near 12 years on multiple property's. These guts know how to treat people and how to do the work right the first time. The only downside is other company's sterling the business name and lie about who they are, and olso people claiming to be Mark. So sad that these types of people are leaving bad reviews on the wrong account. Florida has so many pressure washing companies that steeling work and bad reviews to undermind another's business. One thing I can say is if you really know Mark you know he is a great guy to work with. The real Mark definitely knows how to treat people and definitely not even close to the lies you see above from a fake review by some clown named Theresa. It's probably a person using Mark's business name and lashing out to try gaining more business. But everyone knows that people like this trashy person will be receiving Karma. People who do bad thing's will always have a nasty person., and bad luck and karma to those types. I just hate to see nice people like the real Mark get attacked from some clown low life. I bet if you really use Mark's service you will never go to another company. If you look around this type of low life tactics are becoming more and more prevalent.

Great company! Under Pressure Power Wash LLC Is Recommended by many neighbors and they lived up to the expectations. Prompt (early even), Mark and his crew were courteous, fast and fair price. They cleaned our roof and were very careful to cover the plants that I pointed out. We will definitely use them again. Thanks!

Mark Broedel (a.k.a. Mark Grant?) and his business Under Pressure Power Wash LLC is a business to avoid. Mark quoted $400 to apply roof coating to my home and was given $1000 to cover the cost of 8 five gallon buckets of Lanc roof coating. I was unable to be home when he arrived to do the job and he proceeded to apply only 1/2 bucket of roof coating but took the $400 and left 4 1/2 buckets behind. In later texts he said he needed an additional $950 to finish the job and would only proceed if I sent $500 by Zelle up front. I asked where the additional 3 buckets of coating were and he would not respond. Mark displays the characteristics of someone with a substance abuse problem, always pushing for money up front, not doing the work as promised, raising prices and demanding up front money to continue, only communicating thru text.BAD NEWS.STAY AWAY.
