***LIFESAVERS!!!!**** I absolutely can not say enough positive about Prime Plumbing, from staff to technicians! They were the fourth (!) and final (!) plumbing company I needed to diagnose, then unplug a large root ball from the sewer mainline, and replace a broken pipe section of incomplete and shoddy work I unknowingly inherited upon home purchase that was uncovered in the process. I called them in desperation when #2 plumber ghosted me…after completely severing his drain snake from the machine, and walking away leaving it jammed 90 feet down my mainline, rendering any and all use of my home’s facilities (shower, toilets, wash, sink) completely UNUSEABLE. For an entire MONTH. #3 plumber is retired but came and in 72 hours was able to remove the snake and clear the line, tho I still could not use anything in house. PP sent Helmut in to evaluate the situation. Professional, knowledgeable, on time, thorough, hard working, diligent…I am probably forgetting some positive adjectives! This was no easy job considering the discovery 3/4 of my sewer line runs under and through two neighbour properties, requiring permission and coordination with neighbours, fence removal to access the spot needing repair, then digging up the neighbour’s back yard! Could have been worse nightmare, and I should have been a basketcase. I mean, what else, what other challenges could I endure to be able to actually LIVE in my home?! Long story short, Helmut uncovered the blockage and previously unknown broken pipe, contacted the neighbour’s and got everything arranged for the job. Another team came in and did the work (sorry, can’t remember their names) but they were equally as impressive, solid and quality as Helmut. The impacted neighbour’s were equally impressed with this company and each technician, made sure to let me know top notch and “really good”! Solid prices, solid staff, old fashioned service and quality work. Thank you Prime Plumbing for saving my sanity, health and first-time homeowner experience! Guy is the Man! From fixing the dishwasher to installing a Water Softener to my new home, he did an amazing job and is very professional! I highly recommend Prime Plumbing and be sure to ask for Guy!

I had a problem with my valve under my kitchen sink and was unable to find my main turn off valve. Prime plumbing not only helped me out but they came the very next day. Austin was extremely helpful and professional. I recommend Prime Plumbing to anybody in the valley. They are definitely the best in the business.

Both technicians were very professional and answered any questions I had. Guy (that's his name) was really helpful in addressing other plumbing concerns that i had. I would definitely use this company again. Update: I have tried other companies since my original review of Prime Plumbing, and none have met my expectations of trustworthiness and dependability. I've had them come out to repair a tub drain and they did the work the same day and saved me $300 over the competition. I also had them come out to find a water leak in my crawl space. Not only did they not charge for the visit, they found the HVAC drain that the HVAC guys could not locate. Thank you Guy and Spencer.
