They currently have multiple people living there in campers and cars, and have multiple holes in the fence they dont mend, and dont enforce any rules, if you dont mind not having security this is the best storage unit for you

I rented a unit from them online, they charged my card but when I went to put some items in the storage unit I found a lock on it. Its been a week and Ive called five times, left messages and emailed them three times and no one has called me back and after a week past my move in date I still dont have access to my unit.

I made a storage unit hold online a few days ago for today, Friday, as it was the only time I could get here during my lunch from work. I get all the way over here for it to show that they are working remotely, but to call the number on the door. I try calling and after two rings they sent me to voicemail. Instead of wasting more of my time, I went right next door to A Better Storage Solution and got a rental there. Luckily I had not paid anything for the reservation yet here, or else I wouldve wasted time and money.

DONT RENT FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT. Order a unit online a week ago. When I got there to move in, I found a lock on the unit I was issued. I called multiple times with no answer. I wrote multiple emails with no response. My credit card was charged now. I'm going to have to dispute it with my credit card company. Don't rent for them there are lot of other self storage place in postfalls. This place will only waste your time. ( update 2 weeks after I got a storage unit I can't use I get a call from leanna to refund me my money. I was at work when she called, so once I had a chance to look at my emails to check the refund receipt. I see they refunded me 79.16 when they charged me 93.00. If I could give negative stars, I would DONT RENT A STORAGE UNIT FROM THIS PLACE YOU WILL ONLY REGRET IT.
