I've lived here for 18 years now. I couldn't think of another place to live except here. The work the kindness the neighborhood here. 100% outstanding. That's gotta tell ya something bout living here.

To start off with the good, maintenance was very responsive. They always fixed my maintenance issues within the day. The rest of my experience was disappointing and frustrating to say the least. My packages were constantly stolen so I had to stop shipping them to my apartment. The ComEd bill was around $175-$200 in the winter months even though the apartment was still cold. So beware if you're in building 2370 and unit 2060. I also had issues with my neighbor and management was not sympathetic at all. I believe they are under new management now, which seems to be a bit better than before. Wish it would have worked out, but it was just a pain to live here.

I lived here for five years. During this time, two vehicles got stolen from the parking, and all four rims and tires stolen from my neighbor's brand new Honda. All decent people have moved out in the past few years. The management doesn't really bother about lease agreement violations, and that drives all normal people away. It was common to smell cigarette smoke in the hallways, as well as midnight loud music blasting from someone's apartment. The two reasons for me to move there were the location(near the airport) and the no-smoking policy, but nobody followed the rules anyway. Yes, it is true, the rent is around 1500, and utilities and electric bills are billed separately(300+). Most people pay around 1900 per month for a small 1 bedroom apartment in a horrible low quality of life environment. P.s. Little things like the identical copy-paste responses to all reviews actually show the level of incompetence and careless attitude of the people managing the place.
