        I was taking my dog to the Vet and heard/felt something while driving. I pulled into a convenience store and noticed I had a low tire. My tires are low profile so it's not always easy to tell how low they are. I knew Car-Tech was just two blocks away and pulled up. I asked if they could put air in the low tire. They tried but could hear the air hissing out. I asked if they could patch it and found out that it was dry rotter far to bad to repair. Dorthea made some calls and found a shop nearby with a replacement tire. While the car was on the rack they noticed that two of the remaining three were also dry rotted, all on the inside of the tires. She was able to get four new tires delivered to her within a matter of minutes. While I was waiting I even had them do an oil change. I had four new tires installed and an oil change all in just over an hour, all without an appointment. Outstanding work and great customer service! You have a new customer.
