        Tried giving them another chance. However, an item from my order was missing, tried calling and was on hold forever. Finally just gave up and took the loss to avoid dealing with them anymore.

        I have done business with Kiefer in the past through mail orders and always got what I wanted. Unfortunately, since I have still been growing, I always have to shop around at other places to get a size 42 men's bikini. I have seen products come and go due to industry changes.I remember the splasher rubber inner tubes, now I try to get them from overseas because they are no longer made in the country, and other largest of all inner tubes.

        My daughter ordered a swimsuit in May of this year. I have left voicemails and sent emails to return the suit and have not heard back from the company. I will NEVER order from this place again!
