If I could give a ZERO rating I would have . I supplied McGreal with all my tax paper work back in the beginning of March 2021 for a electronic deposit which you pay them extra for an expedited return. I patiently waited months for my return to hit my bank account . I touched base with them a few times over the months ( Gale) and was told it was my responsibility to call the IRS to determine the delay . Well , I found that an odd response but I attempted several times to contact the IRS  and couldn't get through. I asked Gale numerous times if they could assist since they completed my taxes but to no avail. So, after waiting months I finally receiving my IRS return check  but it was short over $500 . So again I called Gale who then said  it was short $500 due to Receiving a Stimulus check and I said I never received a stimulus check nor did I ever tell you that I did . Gale insisted , as she raised her voice talking to me if I was a child , that I did and again threw the responsibility back upon myself to again call the IRS to inquire about the shortage . I have never heard of a business that you payed them money to perform a service throw the responsibility back on the paying client???!!!  The way I was treated and talked to over the months was so disrespectful.  What a totally incompetent business !!! You are better off letting a child do your tax returns !! Totally incompetent , disrespectful, and pathetic!  Do yourself a favor and bring your business elsewhere !!!

My 4th year coming here to get my taxes done. They are very professional and very nice to talk to. I highly recommend them.
