I have known Ronald for decades. I know he is committed to thoroughly satisfying all of Spotless' customers and keeping their employees safe. If anyone has a complaint, it is because that person’s expectation was unreasonable.

MONTH 2 AND FINAL: Although our condo association board chose to part ways with this company, after multiple complaints from owners and me trying my hardest to work with them to actually honor ALL the tasks in their agreement, I still paid them for a full final month. Then I found out from one owner that one hallway wasn't vacuumed for two full weeks. I knew it did not smell like the other hallways, but I don't live in that unit and thought maybe they used a different cleaner. But on their final day, they just got their lawnmower and cleaning equipment and didn't even bother to clean at all. (I'm not guessing on this. I heard the workers say they were just going to leave.) If you hire this company, you better pay attention to what's in the contract and pretty much check behind them after every visit. If you don't, I'm not convinced they'll do it all. (I know the light bulb changing for sure turned into a month-long debate, and finally I got on a ladder myself to change two bulbs and called an electrician for something else.) I was going to work with them on a larger project, but that definitely is NOT happening. -------------------- MONTH 1: I wasn't quite sure how this company was going to work out. Our condo association let our last company go after numerous issues with vague invoices and nonexistent lawncare. I really needed someone fast because our front lawn was starting to look like a fieldhouse. I saw this company had an A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau and did deck cleaning, so our board figured we had nothing to lose but a try. I am so absolutely impressed. They took care of our lawn immediately. It started off cool. The maintenance guy we have is very friendly and easy to talk to. However, there is a major disconnect between the rep I worked with regarding the contract, the manager and the workers. The contract says they get rid of cobwebs as needed, replace light bulbs, and mop and sweep floors. I did not see (or smell) this being done. By Week 3, I contacted them again about the cobwebs, and one of the reps came out to get them off the back and basement. But they were still all over the front. I finally took a broom and a fan brush and got those down. By Week 4, the light bulb (even after asking) still hadn't been changed. I went outside on a step stool and replaced the bulb myself, with new light bulbs clear as day on the counter. Even with the contract in hand and the manager in tow, some stuff just isn't being done regularly on a weekly basis and I'm getting complaints from other owners. I'm still trying to stick it out and hoping for the best because the main maintenance guy who works here is super nice. But the work not matching the contract is getting very annoying very fast, especially in the first month when you're supposed to put your best foot forward. Still though, I feel like they will eventually develop a better flow.

This is a FAKE BUSINESS! The building has been vacant for years. Don't believe me, just look at the pictures. Its FOR RENT. This company has already had several fake locations shut down and continues and continues to operate some how. On their website they claim they are at 230 S. Clark St. in Chicago. Yep, doesn't exist either.
