This place is terrible. They refuse to do anything about neighbors playing incredibly loud music at all hours of the day and night. This has been an issue for months and management has been made aware of it numerous times and cops have been called several times and yet nothing has been done. Will not be renewing my lease any time soon.

TLC removed a few dangerous tenants previously which prompted me to take down an adverse review I placed, but they've just gotten worse over time. We are now dealing with these "Midnight Knockers" who wander the hallways and knock on random doors while we're sleeping at night. Apparently, TLC finds it more profitable to rent to people from group homes than to good hardworking people who pay rent out of their own pocket. As long as they can charge more rent from people coming through Agencies, that's all they focus on. My question is, if they're making so much money from these folks, why can't they add security and more cameras to the property? They want it both ways: they're greedy for the extra money but don't want to spend a penny to insure the safety of the other tenants. It constantly smells of cigarette smoke as well. Many of them were past substance abusers but they've now turned to smoking constantly to cope with it. There's always a handful of people clustered under a big tree on the property and you can't enjoy the morning air without smelling nicotine outside. This building is becoming a blight on the neighborhood and we've had it with this new direction. They need to cap the number of residents they lease to from these agencies and add tighter security. We also are harassed by random strangers banging on the door for us to let them in to see their friends in the building. We refuse to let them in, but we have to deal with their dirty stares while we're waiting for the elevator. It's just downright creepy! I and other tenants are making plans to move to some place safer. This place is going downhill fast and I bet their property value goes down the toilet as well. The one bright spot is Sally the building manager and we feel bad for her because TLC is directing this policy and she has no control over it. She's always 5-stars, but this building isn't.

I wrote an adverse review previously, but Main Station has really stepped it up. Sally is really awesome as the property manager. She's a joy to work with and responds timely to all maintenance requests. They have responded to my previous concerns about security and it is no longer an issue. They did address the more troubling residents as they no longer reside in the building. I posted this freely and without any influence. Main station is a place you should definitely consider in the future.

This is a great place to live! I lived in the same unit for eleven years, and they helped me get a new one two doors down. Sally the apartment manager went out of her way to keep me living here. Thumbs up!
