Rosati's Pizza

Not surprised to see that this restaurant has closed for business. When they very first opened, the service was very slow, but the food was very good. As time went by, the service was inconsistent, as was the quality of pizza. One time I got home with the pizza and it was burned black on the bottom. How do you possibly serve that to someone and take their hard earned money for it?

Went by to get a take out pizza and was disappointed they were closed. Are they going to open back up?

I really enjoy Rosati's pizza being from Chicago. I've ordered from this location multiple times in the past year that I've lived in Springfield and have had no complaints on my pizza order. However, I can never ever get through to them via phone to place an order and they are one of few locations that does not offer online order so you are forced to go in and wait for your order. No matter what time you call or how many times you call no one will answer but you'll get to the location and see the employee at the front desk with two phones right in front of her. I asked one day if I had the correct number, after calling three times with no answer, she said yes but it was just her and someone else. Last I checked, phones were cordless and fit in your pocket nowadays.
