Carol is a very seasoned broker that knows her stuff. I’ve used her twice now and will continue to be a repeat customer. Anyone would be lucky to have her in their corner. She was patient, reliable, informative, and made it clear that we were her top priority. It’s nice to see that there are still people out there that will go the distance to take care of you. She helped us secure the best lender, gave advice on improvements that would make our existing home sell for the top price ,negotiated in our best interest, and even found us an electrician when our home inspection disclosed we had some wiring issues. She always knows what to do in any situation . Loved her style!

Carol has assisted us in buying two houses and the sale of one. Her knowledge of real estate and her familiarity of the area helped us find the perfect home and she sold our other home within 3 days.
