Rude, lazy, unhelpful staff. I guess that's kind of what you think of when it comes to government employees, but this place takes the cake.

USPS Fishers is absolutely horrible. Waited for a passport appointment for 2 sons with previous passports. Was there with all the information noted in the documents. Was told I need the original birth certificates even though it did not say that. Ran home to get and was told they have a lot of availability later so I can reschedule. I could not reschedule online so ran back with the info and asked if they can put me in a time slot. The person at USPS, Caroline, said oh I can't do that because some other lady is coming in. And then I asked can you fit me in before you leave. She said oh no I can't do that. I now have to wait until next month since my boys are in college. This is absolutely ridiculous that the usps does absolutely nothing to help people!

If I could give no or negative stars I would. If there was a ever the physical manifestation of “useless at work” every employee here embodies that definition. You’re literally better off just driving to wherever you’re mailing your package to and delivering yourself. Completely and utterly useless…
