Marco is a very misleading person who will tell you what you want to hear to get your money. Employers wanting HB-2 visas RUN! 2 years in a row I paid him to get visas and both years he was great to work with and very reassuring until he got paid…then FAILURE. When he spoke on the phone to one of my employees he was rude and told him to hurry up he was not getting paid to talk on the phone. After the first failed attempt he blamed the other attorney that was helping. He acknowledged that they dropped the ball on my application and said he would personally work on my application but the service I got was WORSE. He even missed a scheduled conference call. The first year we succeeded but it was too late and all visas had been awarded. The second try when he was handling it “personally” we never even finished the process. He would not return calls or emails. Terrible service. STAY AWAY!

Had issues getting Moreno to do anything. Phone calls were ignored or went unanswered. Would only get things done when we showed up wanting answers. Finally made an appointment to get everything from him and to fire him, had us waiting in an office for 3 hours and never showed his face. Beyond unprofessional.

DO NOT HIRE MARCO MORENO! All he cares about is money and not about your case! He will try and tell you that you have a good case just so you can hire him and he ends up doing nothing for your case. He took $8,000 from me and didn’t do one single thing. Kept giving me the runaround until I got tired and got help from another lawyer
