Worse place to do business, horrible customer service. They discriminate and its the second time my family and I have faced this from this establishment.

I was very pleased on how Joshua cones( he's a team manager) came right up to me asking me what kinda car I would like. I've never been to a dealership where the salesman knew his job so well I was very pleased and happy on the approach that was taken and yes I would tell all my friends that Joshua was top knotch. He knows his work well. If I was his boss due to kind heart and wellness to make his customers happy I would give him a double portion ( an increase is what I mean. I went in thinking one way coming out happy. I thank you from my whole heart Joshua is the best.

BUYER BEWARE! This place still is attempting COVID up charge from MRSP. This happened on 28 June 2023. There are other Indianapolis area Kia dealers that are not doing this. Was at the end of deal, was willing to pay MSRP and then they told me. I asked why that was not said in the beginning and was told you did not ask. I guess the customer needs to ask this out front. Wow. BTW it was a $6,000.00 up charge. Haha.

Tommy reed sold 2011Gmc AcadiaFrom at ray Skillman at kia in Greenwood And he knew the time chain was bad before I bought the car He thought I was going to the ford dealer to buy a car so he was in a hurry to get me to sign the paperwork me and my wife I am on full disability it sad when they Take advantage of people like that.but He's not worried about his customer safety. He's just worried about making his commission that's not a way to run a business And I'll bet mr skillman doesn't know about How they're treating customers Now he's telling me I got to pay to have it fixed And it cost twenty six hundred dollars I'll think They should fix it before I bought it And he is very rude to people
