I cannot say enough about Emily and how she demonstrated her Ninja skills in assisting the family get outfitted with new iPhone12's. If you want to see the epitome of Customer Service skills, you go to the att store on the Southside of Jasper and see Emily.

Worked with Sidney today at the AT&T south side store in Jasper, Indiana to update to my new iPhone 12 Pro Max. Of all the years and devices for which Iâ€™ve been doing this, Sidney was the most knowledgeable, thorough and patient of any sales person EVER. My experience today could not have gone any better or been more pleasant. Too bad weâ€™re in the midst of COVID. I would have given her a big hug! Sidney needs a raise!
