        Pool and hotel closed for 150a night. Breakfast was not set up and ready at 9 am big hole in the bathroom wall behind the door. Trash laying around in the hallway smelt disgusting. Staff sitting around watching TV in th3 common area. Then they surprise you with a 250 incidental fee. Also community size shampoo and conditioner bottles fashioned in the shower. Not sanitary

        It would be cool if all the lights worked. Or if they bothered to take out the full trash cans from the last people. Or if anything wasn't sticky. Or if there wasn't a bunch of hair in the shower. Seriously, it's really dirty. Rooms : 1/5 | Service : 1/5 | Location : 2/5 More

        The beds were as stiff cement blocks, very outdated furnishings, gap under the door so wide in between the bottom of the door and floor jam a NYC rats could walk right under needed a comforter to lay in front of the door to block out light.... A two nights stay turned into a one night stay!!!! Checked out found another hotel. Rm #420 is Terrible

        I'm a Staybridge fan in general.  The kitchens are great for families so you don't have to eat out every meal.  I got a King bed suite. Room was clean and had no issues.  The front desk lady, is the nicest person I have ever met.  Very welcoming and helpful. She called my room to make sure everything was ok with the room. That never happens. If you have problems you usually have to search for an employee to talk to. Not here. She even put me in an area of the hotel away from the rowdy group so I could get some sleep. Over priced snacks like all Staybridges.  I was hoping for something to cook like pizza, but maybe they were out. I got here late on a weekend. The check in really made the stand out difference staying here. I wish I could remember her name she is definitely an asset to your hotel. She was working on 11-27-21 at 8-ish PM. Give that wonderful lady a raise because without her, you'd be just another Staybridge.
