Told the student stylist what I wanted Im just roots done and to leave the rest alone . Before the stylist got started one of the Instructors came over advised her what colors and so on . Shortly after a diffent Instructor came over told the stylist to do something totally differnt from what The previous instructor suggested. After finished I told my stylist that i was dissatisfied and she had agreed but only was told what to do .And that she will let the instructor know that I wasnt happy with the results . I then over heard a few stylist that its not unusal for the Instructors to do this and has happens before . I was there from 9:30 to 2:00. I gave the stylist a good. Tip i felt bad for her and it wasnt her fault at all . My orginal hair color was a colored when it was supose to be jist the roots I wouldnt recommend this place for anyone.
