Clear Lake Cleaning Co -by Cindy

I have had Cindy cleaning my house for over two years and have always been happy. She is quick yet thorough. She was recommended to me by a realtor and I would have no trouble giving her anything but the best reference.

Cindy and her team did a nice job cleaning our family cottage. However, Cindy told me, in a text that her rate was $30 per hour. She billed me, however, $30 a person and brought extra people to the project without consulting me. I was prepared to spend a couple hundred dollars and would have made that clear if I knew I was being billed by the person and not by her rate as she stated. Cindy billed me $405. When I questioned her fees and explained how this was not communicated to me she said the only other person to question her fees was "wacky" and she immediately because defensive. So unless you are prepared to spend $90 an hour for cleaning don't call Cindy. It's a shame too, because they did a good job.
