Unsafe. The apartment manager "mel" will make you sign a lease stating that you can not get your deposit back if you decide to leave before the 1 year is up (he is that desperate to keep tenants)... Which you WILL end up having to take the loss when you find out how unsafe this place really is. I cut my lease short after only living there for 4 months. In the short time I lived there: Elevator was vandalized with spray paint (elevator has also stopped working many times and is scary). My car has been vandalized. People digging through the dumpster DAILY. You can hear yelling and screaming from people throughout the night. Fire alarm pulled at 4:30am as a prank. Get asked for money by tenants. Most of the people living here are in poverty. Notes on the washing machine room table saying things like "I havent eaten in a week could someone spare some food?". The space under the door is about 2 inch gap. So everyone can hear EVERYONE. rodents, bugs, anything can easily get under your door. The doors are flimsy and almost every single one you can tell has been kicked in at some point in time. This place is a joke and I have never felt so unsafe in an apartment in my life. I took the $400 deposit loss and got the heck out of there. too dangerous... Also I can see he is deleting reviews. As there were about 10 other reviews the last time i checked this and now they are all gone. Wonder how long before mine is removed. today is 2/9/2019

Well I can see I have had a review deleted about this place, so I will try again. This place is not at all the best, I went and talked to the Manager to try and rent an apartment. The guy's name is Mel. He pretty much interrogated my husband and i? He was asking us questions like what we were spending our money on? Telling us that we were not gonna last. He would ask us questions that no other apartment complex was legally allowed to ask us. These apartments are crawling with meth/crack heads and riddled with prostitution. It's amazing that the review I had posted before has been deleted. This place is very corrupted. So I'm gonna say this one more time, if you are a responsible adult, I do not recommend these places. I have already reported this business to the BBB.
