This is the worst experience I've ever had with movers in my whole entire life they did not do a professional job at all. All they did was take my stuff and throw it into a storage unit.. I totally Don't recommend this place they do a horrible job and they're not worth the money .

They are deceptive and report false moving times to the owner leaving you with an overcharge. Upon calling in regards to this issue, I was informed that I was wrong and the time I had recorded was incorrect. Horrible customer service. They arrived at 8:40 and they were done moving at 9:10. They reported they had arrived at 8:30 and were done by 9:10 which left me paying for a full hour when in fact they only worked for half an hour. The owner defensively claimed my timer was incorrect and did not provide the customer service that was appropriate. Very disappointing.

The men were very nice however if you have ever used a professional mover you might notice a difference. Floors were not protected and you get nothing in writing. I received a quote over the phone and was charged $5 more an hour and .10 more a mile. Also, there was a definite difference in the time they worked and the time they charged. What takes me 5 1/2 hours to drive, took them (at $135 per hour 7 hours) to drive.I didn't expect 5 1/2 hours but an hour and a half seems a bit excessive. My advice - ask a lot of questions so you know what you are getting.
