Eagle Ridge Apartments

Very easy move in process. This was my first time moving out on my own and was given everything I needed thanks to Jennifer Wright. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to call home.

This is a full review from move in to move out. Eagle ridge provides decent apartments at a very affordable price. They provided us with a clean apartment and everything was working, no bugs. During living there, the only thing I would complain about is the thin walls between apartments and the leasing office hours. We had quiet neighbors, so this wasnt a huge issue but be aware that if you have louder neighbors you will be able to hear them. For management, they do have an employee working there, but she is not in the office very often. This made it hard to get approved for another apartment because they needed to contact her and they dont answer the phone. However, maintenance was normally prompt and very helpful. Moving out was easy for us, we had a walk through and we did have a few charges but they were fair considering we had a cat who damaged things. We also received our deposit within a few weeks of moving out! These apartments are good for college students, but if you are high maintenance I probably wouldnt recommend it for you. If you are more low key, it is a great place to stay!

Do not rent here. The management turned over multiple times in the 12 months I was here. The leasing office is the most unhelpful leasing office ever and you will have to call the sister property to even have a chance of talking to someone since nobody is ever in office. When it was time to move out nobody showed up for my final day walk, and to top it off weeks later I was emailed a notice that I owed money. When I attempted to contact the property management for over a week and wasted my time driving an hour back to Lawrence, nobody was there. I gave 59 days and 12 hours of notice I was not renewing and was still billed for not providing notice for a prorated amount which was for several days instead. I cannot put into words how unhappy I am to receive notice from a debt collector over $100 bucks, wasting hours of my time, and tanking my credit score by 48 points. Do NOT bother trying to live here, it is absolutely not worth the headache when you inevitably leave in a year.

Got a tour of the apartments today. It was amazing and they have wonderful staff.
