    Summary: Seems like a great store, but if you have an issue with a product after use, woe unto you. Then you see the unprofessional, inconsistent customer service as it is. If you want the tome, read on. If not, consider Tractor Supply in Chisolm Trail or Walmart. Original: Poor customer service. We bought some expensive boots, which, after around two weeks of use, had a major stitching malfunction. They were now excruciatingly uncomfortable, so we asked if we could exchange them. We no longer had the receipt, so the store refused. It is wrong to sell defective products and then expect people to keep them. ------ Update: Because of this review, they allowed me to exchange the boots, but I got the wrong ones for my husband. Two days late, he tried to exchange the unused boots for the right ones with the exchange receipt, but they didn't let him, supposedly because he didn't have his ID with him. So they left the boots there on hold for him. I came the next morning to get them since he had to work, but they had changed the story and said only an exchange for the same product was allowed. Could it be because my husband is darker skinned? Sounds maybe like some discrimination to me, because they also denied him the original exchange but then gave it to me. All this was done by a very unsmiling manager who insisted on telling me to have a nice day over and over while another female staff member gave me dirty looks. Very unprofessional. My husband will need boots regularly due to his subcontractor work, but we'll go elsewhere.
