        Horribly rude management! His name is Mike. If you are going to gouge people on price at least be upfront! It would be different if I hadn’t come in For the same thing a few times before and paid three time less then what they tried to charge the last time I came in. Could be the reason they can’t keep business, the entire staff at this location acts like it is an inconvenience to help with a project.

        The customer service experience at the copy center was great. This store is always clean and well organized. I brought in a bag of documents to be shredded. I guess you have to trust they'll make it into a shred box. I've never had a problem and don't anticipate one, now.

        My Fiance needed to use the restroom while at this location. The restroom was all the way to the back of the store. My fiance informed me that the restroom was awful, There was no sanitizer, the toilets haven't been cleaned and the restroom was generally filthy. Upon asking the associate at the front desk about this issue, he appeared completely uninterested in what she had to say when stating her concerns about the restroom. He stared at monitor and said over the radio that the restroom needed to be cleaned. The manager walked by and stated that they would get to it after the employee restroom was cleaned. I figured they would want the customer facilities ready to go first as the customers are the most important part of any business, but I guess that's what I get for thinking, huh? Anywho, please make sure the restrooms are clean, especially in this day and age. Nobody wants to catch herpagonasyphilaids from your toilets. Thank you.
