The Vue

I had a lovely time living at the Vue. Leigh in the leasing office is always helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Dave, the maintenance man, is respectful, and always fixes things in a timely manner.

I would not recommend this facility to anyone. There has been an abusive relationship occurring next to me within the complex for a while. I constantly hear screaming, crying, loud thuds, arguing, "get your hands off of me", and extreme physical abuse. I have even seen the male chase the female down the hall. I have reported this to the complex on 4 separate occasions and have called the cops twice. I also know my neighbors have reported this to the complex several times as well. The male has been banned from the property, but constantly is seen around the building and still stays next door. The complex has allowed and enabled this to continue by doing nothing about the matter. This creates a hostile environment for everyone near. When I told the complex that I was staying at my family's due to feeling uncomfortable and the hostile environment, they ignored that fact and told me they were advised to stay out of it. 3 Months later and deciding to add to this review. The abusive relationship next door has escalated to the female throwing his items off the balcony and into the street and even hitting a car and shattering it's windshield. Another separate occasion has led to a drunk argument that turned psychical where the cops had to come and arrest the female. A couple of weeks later the cops had to come and search the apartment with a warrant. Still nothing has been done about this couple's time at the complex. You can literally do anything without repercussions. Not to mention that the garage gate has been broken for the majority of my lease. Leading to my car being broken into, many other cars being broken into on multiple occasions, and bikes being cut from their locks. Also, there have been multiple break in attempts on the first level balconies. Do not recommend. Also FYI, these reviews are propped up by promotions to raise the review level. Do not take the 4.1 star review at face value like I did. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Per the response below from the management (as the response has changed and comes off as trying to discredit my experience) - Yes that was my experience as a former resident - It was beyond horrible! No one should be puzzled - I documented everything with the complex and the police. The residents lived there during my lease like I mentioned? I did leave in February due to the living circumstances and overall management. The garage was broken my whole lease, which led to a lot of break ins with vehicles. Thanks for trying to discredit my story/trying to cover your back by mentioning that I am a former resident, you are puzzled by my comments, brining up moving dates of myself and prior tenants, mentioning the garage gate is fixed as of now. Can't even own the mistake, instead tries to discredit my experience. Do better.

Favorite apartment so far. Maintenance is very responsive and the management group is so nice. They know their residence well. Leigh and Grace are always eager to welcome us and put on fun events for the residence. Highly recommend.
