Patriot Heating & AC

We had our thermostat go out right as some terrible cold weather was rolling in, and Jake came out to our house to help us with an inspection and recommendations. Patriot had been out a couple of times previously to help us prolong and repair and we'd been very happy with their service and help. We ended up needing an entirely new HVAC system this time, and Jake gave us the best recommendations for our home's square footage and what our goals and budget were. We were able to not only get the best American Standard furnace, AC and humidifier that we wanted, but also a wireless thermostat and air scrubber. They had been scheduled to come out three days later for install, but ended up squeezing us in after 1 day due to the cold weather rolling in without having to be asked. Mike and Cody did our install, and we couldn't have asked for nicer or more professional people, they did an amazing job. I cannot recommend Patriot Heating & AC enough, they are absolutely honest and wonderful people, tremendous value and excellent quality of work! Jake, the owner, came personally to my house for the initial visit. His quote for a new air conditioner was way better than the competition's "deal". At the time of install, he recommended a new furnace as well, and we should have listened!!! Sure enough, we needed it 6 months later. 🤦🏼‍♀️ They totally took care of us again, and at a great price. Jake and his team are very polite, and let my kids watch the whole time. Highly recommend!!!

Mike my technician was very professional and spent time looking at my HVAC unit and explaining and recommending what I should do!! Also spend time cleaning and inspecting the unit! Thanks, I highly recommend this company and especially Mike the service tech!!

Very, very pleased with the responsiveness and quality of service. Patriot did a kitchen plumbing job for us. From scheduling to the actual work, Patriot kept us informed at every step. Our plumber showed up on time, did a thorough job, and cleaned up afterwards. We'll definitely be asking them to take care of our needs in the future. Service done right!

Our furnace died New Year's Day, during a horrible cold spell. I'm pretty tough etc. I tried my best to figure it out/fix it myself, set contingency plans, and put off calling anyone because I assumed I could not get any expert over the holiday weekend during extreme cold. When I finally took my friends' and co-workers' suggestion, Patriot Heating was here in an hour. They are local and awesome. Their team was extremely professional. Mike gave me fair bids (not cheap, fair) for repair steps we could test versus HVAC replacement. I opted for replacement and the team was here at 7am in 4 degree weather on that Sunday morning. You should see them work. I am so impressed and have full faith in this team. They warranty their work as well. I usually get second and third bids; I'm a single Mom and contractors often note that and use and abuse it. Here, I felt like I was dealing with professionals who cared about the quality, integrity, and longevity of their work like I do. Highly recommend.
