Signature Remodeling

The owner was knowledgeable and kind, but he uses subpar subcontractors that do a poor job. He does not do a good job of overseeing their work. My mother used this company to remodel her basement after water damage. They completely gutted everything to the studs and placed new materials. However, the ceiling seams started cracking and this was blamed on the house being old. The previous drywall/ceiling had been there 30+ years without cracking. Upon asking another contractor too look at the cracking issues, they said it was not cured right or the mix was too dry. Von will no longer respond to calls. I have used them for everything from miner home repairs, to major renovations and they have always done excellent work and an affordable price. The staff and owner are knowledgeable and professional and do great work. They recently replaced my carpet with hard wood floors and did a beautiful job. It’s like I have a whole new house!
