This business has harassed me for months. After explaining on the original phone call from them that I was with a broker for 20 years and not willing to use anyone else, they proceeded to call back days later and accusing me of being a liar and a sorry individual because they claim I said I would send lanes to quote. Which of course I never told them that or anyone else that. I do not have lanes, and get these phone calls EVERY day. I asked them to please never call us again because of the name calling and false accusations. Well all that did, is fire them up to up the harassment. They called my office and got my cell phone number and started calling that. That phone call turned into absolutely horrible back and forth. They had obviously turned it into some sort of game and enjoyed how the harassment was making me mad and frankly scared. I felt I was being stalked. We would block their number and they would call from a different one. No matter how many times or how many different ways to ask to be left alone, they refuse to do so. I finally had to threaten to call the police which stopped the calls for a short while. Well, now they are calling again. Again, calling from one number that is blocked and then calling back from other numbers until we answer, just to play the exact same game over again refusing to leave me alone and making me feel threatened and awful. It is crazy that they have nothing better to do, than to play their personal and morbib games with complete strangers all day. I have never been as angry and frustrated in my life. I receive these cold calls from freight companies EVERY day, because that is what the business is and I get it. But never have I been treated so badly, and my wishes been so ignored as I have by these people. My advise to anyone is to run away as fast as you can. These people really have screws loose and have no desire to be professional in any way. Not to mention, the fact that what you want or communicate has no importance or impact on them. All they are concerned with is what they want and their insane ways of killing time and harassing people.

Delux Trucking, Inc. has been doing business with Justin @Midway Logistics to move his freight. It is a pleasure doing business with him. He always tries really hard to help and be accommodating no matter what the issues are. Always helpful if I need him. I will continue to do business with him as he is "one of the good guys!!"
