This review is way past over due - like a full year! Thank you to both Kristine and Cara for all their help with selling my home in Lexington. Middle of COVID-19 lock-down no less (March 2020). People constantly ask why not sell by owner. Kristine's team is a perfect example of why not. Professional advice and professional photos for the listing, dealing with multiple agents and buyers, scheduling inspections and whatever other things the buyers want to do, dealing with all the paperwork - that they know and I do not!! Because this team knows what they are doing, we were under contract in 24 hrs!! Worth every penny!!

Kristine means business when selling your house. She was always available for calls or texts for information concerning offers, home inspections, or the sale. Very helpful, kind, and professional. We sold our house in 9 days. You will not regret working with her! Great experience.
