Ron Arnold was amazing to work with. Wouldnt consider working with anyone else. He helped every step of the way to finding our new home. Was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and made sure we found the right house for us.

Charlie knew I had a short time to find a house and worked with me to see a variety of houses initially. He was able to tell by my reactions what kind of house I was most interested in and adjusted the search accordingly. He also lined up multiple house showings in a condensed timeline so we were on task the entire time I was here. He suggested an offer price and how to negotiate the repair requests. His knowledge of the area was greatly appreciated given I was moving from out of town and did not know specifics about various neighborhoods.
