I walked in on a Friday in excruciating pain due to wisdom teeth that I had put off for several months. They were very nice to me and the receptionist contacted my insurance so they could get me a treatment plan. I could hear her having difficulty with the insurance rep but she was polite to me and then the entire time. My technician, I believe her name was Mendy, was awesome. She was very nice and made sure I understand everything. Dr. Collins was just as awesome. I was honestly surprised by how much I liked the place. I did have a bit of a wait because they struggled with insurance but I told the tech and she decided to just get me started and go step by step while the receptionist worked through insurance issues. Very nice people and a job well done.

I love coming to ImmediaDent! Everyone working is super friendly and helpful. The dentist did a great job at my cleaning and gave me some helpful advice on my teeth grinding. 10/10 recommend!

Staff is very welcoming and kind. My assistant Mindy was very understanding and patient knowing i was in pain. Nice and very clean office. Dr was very nice and professional
