I wanted to thank you for calling us. There have been many things we have had to do since we started but helping you all was one of the best experiences. It was not the production it was the wonderful people we got to work around and with. Everyone was truly kind, and it was hard when it ended. Kat,I responded to your review late last night, and feel asleep typing it. Anyone that knows me, know my message are long and many have problems understand my point. I jump around to much, I guess. You are one of three bad reviews we have received. We had a good rating but I am afraid to see what it is. I am thankful that we are blessed with great client's, because the phone calls and messages my stop or at least slow.We have tried for over a year to hire with benefits of 2 weeks paid vacation and 6 paid six days, affordable healthcare options, 401k and dental after a year. Starting out $18 hour with 2 years experience and a $1 on the hour raise if your experience was shown, which is very easy to notice. After 30 days 5 paid vacation days 2 unexcused paid sick day, 4 total (2 more) after 90 days those had to have a doctor's note. With a good driving record the employee could be the driver of the company vehicle and crew leader. Meaning we work 2 cleaners for the safety of our staff and the comfort of the home owner. We are both men and know that some ladies wouldn't like a one, but two guys does give comfort. That is one reason Christ sent his disciple out by 2. The company vehicle is allowed and preferred that it be driven to the home of the employee. Employee that drives to the jobsite would be paid mileage pay. Why am I telling you all this, two reasons.One to let you know we are trying to hire. It is only me and my partner that started January of 2020. We have wanted to hire people once we started to grow. That has been the plan since the start. We work 85-95 hours a week. I feel asleep at 1:30 AM I believe typing the first reply. The other two I had the third try before I was awake to sent it. You three are correct in the way you handle it. I would, I have written reviews with much worse words. I understand and blame us, yes we are working long hours and doing a lot of things to keep this going. God has blessed us in many ways and we are thankful. But it hard for us to tell people no we cannot help you.More than we thought, the importance our service is to the families we serve. So it is not that we know we are not getting every message, but we do try to respond to all. You fell throw the cracks and we missed the notifications. Truthfully I do not remember and can't find any message from Google or Facebook about your message. I am not blaming them because they are real good getting your attention. I am not blaming no one but us. So one reason is to explain a little about why we didn't reply. It was not our goal to fail, but to give the best service we can to each client.The second reason, the reason I went on about the benefits. Maybe the right person will see it and call for a job.I am sorry we let you down, knowing that is important to you. People don't go online or whatever to find service providers for the joy of it. Because they need our help. We will offer you a 20% off your first clean if you ever use our service in the future. You would have to show us a copy of this message to show proof for your discount. We are booked up past 45 days. We had a cancelation today for Friday. Within 2 minutes of hanging the phone up from the person that canceled. That time slot was taken by one of our once a week recurring clients. Two minutes and that is not a record, we are blessed. But it is not a blessing for all. Stay in contact and texting our phones and mention this situation for a faster response. It still will be hours at best. We don't do phone work while at a client's home that is paying us to do a job.
