        Not impressed with the arrangement, it was much less large flowers than shown in the photo and had a different base that was bigger than sent to recipient. Could have done better.

She thought they were stunning and so did I. The order process was simple and delivery went smoothly. I would absolutely recommend working with Haggard's if you're sending flowers in the Winchester, KY area.
