        Today my fiance and I went in to open new accounts. Tiffany was a sweetheart and took such good care of us despite being short staffed and busy. She has a wonderful customer service attitude and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend going to see her for all your banking needs!

        Lousy service. Interminable wait to do anything but the most basic banking business (like withdrawing money). Don't use this branch. In fact, I'm closing my capital one accounts because of rotten service at every branch I've visited.
