        I recently went into the office for an insurance review with Callynn. I felt very welcomed even being treated to a PJs coffee of my choosing. There was no pressure, just a conversation. Im not use to having my insurance agent contacting me for a review. My last agent went years without contacting me. I felt that Katie Sanfords office provides a high level of customer service and I appreciate that.
