The UPS Store - Closed

I Visited this store 3 times and the customer service is horrible. I was reading though the comments that other customers experiences at this location and the owner replies in a negative tone

My instructions clearly stated to print the label.  Then take the product to the nearest UPS location for packing and shipping.  Instead of you replying with an incorrect assumption, you should have found out how you may correct the issue.  Again, other UPS Stores reviewed my shipping instructions and correctly processed packages for shipping.

Response to owner: Thank you for your reply. I am aware of my other options. However, if a person has a package with a preprinted label or an item for packaging with a QR code, wouldn't it be better if there were an option to drop it off without having to enter the store? Like a large parcel bin on a wall or door, or a parcel box outside the store, or a drive/walk up window? Just a suggestion. Original review: I contacted them to inquire about a social distancing way of shipping an Amazon return with a provided QR code. Specifically, a way I could leave then the item with the code, without having to enter their rather close quarters store. They said I had to come into the store. Even with a mask I wasn't interested in entering the premises so I have to arrange a more expensive pick up option with a carrier.

Excellent place of business. Safe and professional location. I've been a customer for years. My entire filming friends and co-workers, and family, use this business for all of their shipping needs. I highly recommend. Yes, the business has received damages months ago from vandalism, because criminals from Northshore have saturated the neighborhoods. They recently received extensive damages from Hurricane Ida and are still open, rebuilding and assisting customers, but with different operating hours. Mrs. Phyllis Montana-Leblanc. New Orleans East Homeowner. 5 STAR BUSINESS To a of these unfounded complaints I'm reading, you all really need to review your own reviews. This store is always clean and organized. If the line is out the door, it's for safety and Covid-19 guidelines. Also, learn who you're supposed to contact. Not every issue is UPS. Amazon is a HUGE problem with shipping.
