professional on-site workmanship. +5 star project completion -2 star unclear handoff to Swepco. +2 fulfillment of net meter connection by Swepco within 3 weeks I was individually required to exercise some initiative in order to nudge forward projection completion. Final stages lacked a checklist of sorts. Discovered SWEPCO's .pdf via Google, regarding their connection process, which I had to find out for myself(a competing solar installer returned my call, enlightening my lack of awareness); I don't recall that the Contractor shared that .pdf in our communications electronically, primarily driving my frustration with fulfillment. Fulfillment expectations weren't completely communicated, at that stage verbally or electronically, in redundancy, in terms of next-steps with the Utility's Interconnection Agreement finalization.

The crew that came here for the installation was very knowledgeable. I have a background in engineering and it was obvious that they knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend Solar Alternatives to anyone.

I had a problem with my system and the service team at Solar Alternatives were really helpful with everything. They helped me through each step of the process, from the diagnosis to the repairs itself and I am very satisfied with the service that they provided.
