Pine State Property Management

We rented a home in Bucksport and the lack of communication and not following up on maintenance issues and just general disregard from Michael, the owner, made the whole renting experience horrible. Teresa and Mark were great and I think they were doing their best. Avoid renting from them at all costs and if you're an owner I would recommend finding another property management company such as Penbay Property Management out of Bucksport.

In 2018 While providing rental property management for me, Michael had contracted and replaced the roof on my property. He explained to me that the roof would have a 15-year warranty. The roof has failed. I reached out to him and his associates multiple times but I've got no response. This is similar to the experience I had while he was in charge of the property. I would reach out multiple times over multiple weeks and never hear back.

Pine State Property Management has been wonderful to work with! My husband and I moved into a property in Bangor two years ago. After having extremely poor experiences with a landlord in Pittsburgh, PA, Pine State has been a much-needed breath of fresh air! They are extremely quick to respond to any maintenance issues/service requests and maintain great communication throughout the process. The stove in our house quit working a few weeks ago, and they were quick to replace it with a new, working unit and kept us posted all throughout the process. Overall, I highly recommend them!
