Good doctors, convenient location, but be prepared have to wait months to be seen, and be prepared to pay! They dont accept any Medicaid plans anymore. Even the doctors dont seem to know what insurance their own practice takes. I had my baby with them. They took our insurance then. But then I had to switch insurance prior to one of her routine check-ups. I asked my infants pediatrician if they took our new insurance. She didnt know. She dismissively gave me a 1-800 number to call a separate billing department to find out. And since it turned out I now had the wrong insurance after my infants checkup, I was responsible for the out-of-pocket costs. It was over $1000. Sure, this could have been prevented by me canceling her appointment Id waited so long for, calling my insurance and waiting on hold in the meantime, calling Maryland Health Connections and waiting on hold in the meantime, and sorting it out on my own time while my infant went unvaccinated for several more weeks. But this attentive mom wasnt going to let it come that. Id say find a less elitist practice that better advocates for their patients.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I began visiting this office pre-COVID and received GREAT care from Dr. Tellawi. She was very knowledgable with exceptional bed-side manner (which is tough to come by nowadays, in my opinion). I've often felt rushed out of the door by other doctors and that was never the case with Dr. Tellawi. Unfortunately, she left the practice and the physicians and office staff I have experienced since then simply don't provide the same experience. The office staff is VERY rude (I have had that experience both in-office and over the phone). You'll wait on-hold FOREVER, their phone system often hangs up on you (after long wait periods), or perhaps that is their staff doing it intentionally (who knows?!), and by the time you get through they are unbelievably rude and unprofessional - I have literally been mid-sentence with their staff when they've hung up on me. Is this the level of patient care we're working with now? Do better or you'll lose patients.

Don't go here. The office medical director Dr Kwang is awful and doesn't care about people. The staff can treat only very ordinary pregnancies and topics and anything slightly outside the norm will totally overwhelm them, they will Gaslight you and not even offer suggestions for specialists. Basically if they can't figure out problems then it must be something wrong with you and not something they couldn't figure out.

This is my second visit here. The wait time is just out of this world. I am here to see Dr. Rojas, and I was told he is running 60 minutes behind schedule; the question is if I was 60 minutes late, would he still see me? I feel like they think their jobs are more important than everyone else's.

Horrible. Arrived 15 min before my appointment, it is now almost an hour past my appointment time and still not Called back. Will def being looking for another practice
