Installed pipe and stop up apparatus to bathroom sink. Ran to Lowe’s to get to get something needed which I appreciated.

**Update: After seeing this review, C Albert Matthews reached out to me and worked to resolve this issue immediately. I was pleased by their response and feel that my prior issue was just an honest communication issue. I would use C Albert Matthews again in the future. We used C Albert Matthews to help us diagnose an issue with our ductless mini-split issues and we were disappointed by their lack of responsiveness when it came to solving that issue. Initially, we had a good experience working with the company and their technicians. They were able to identify a leak in one of our mini-split units. However, since determining the problem, we've been unable to get back in touch with the company. I've called multiple times asking for them to provide estimates for what it would cost to resolve the issue. It's been weeks and no one has called us back. We now feel compelled to seek help from other companies, many of which will not work with us unless we pay them to re-identify the leak (saying they cannot rely on other company's diagnostics). In short, I would not recommend C Albert Matthews HVAC services. They didn't follow through and finish the job. Now we're frantically trying to get our system fixed before the cold weather sets in.
