        MY steam humidifier stopped working, so I call FreshAir Concepts. Receiver a convenient and timely appointment for service. The service technician was well trained and experience. That was obvious from his quick diagnostics and finding the problem and knowing how to fix the problem. The work was done in a timely and professional. manner. He ws very friendly and a grand person.
