        I rented linenes, blankets, beach towels etc. to make our stay in OC MD easier since we have to travel so far and bring so much. When I arrived at the rental unit there was no linene bag. I called EZ Beach Rentals customer service and the girl was rude. She insisted the driver noted he delivered the linens to the doorstep. The owner was at the unit and the time of the apparent delivery and also stated that nothing was delivered. The girl at EZ beach rentals said she could not do anything for me, will not refund my money. I asked if she thought that was good customer service and she laughed and hung up on me. I have 5 people here no towels, no linens!! I teied to call again and no one returned my call. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!

        Horrible customer service! Never received our linens, called, customer service rep, she did not care, laughed, refused to assist, and hung up. I would find a more reputable company that provides quality service and customer service

        I can not say enough about the customer service provided by Nate and Wendy. Even on a Sunday evening in mid July, they are ready to jump in. They never disappoint us. I know they are going to give the best service with the best quality products at all times. Thank you for being there for me.

        Fantastic! Needed linens / towels for condo and found EZ Beach Rentals. realized only a week before our stay (my fault!) linens were not included. They were able to readily supply all the bedding for 6 beds and towels for 9 people plus extra kitchen and powder room hand towels. The fresh linens / towels were in nice fabric totes waiting for us at our Condo. The bed linens were of very good quality and fresh feeling / smelling. they didn't have an institutional smell! Each set had color coded stitching to make sorting easy. The towels are of a very good quality and again fresh smelling! Once we were ready to leave, we were able to 'reload' the fabric totes with everything and set out for pick up. We were all very pleased with the level of quality and service. Would definitely use them again and strongly recommend them to anyone !
