        They do not deliver their product on time. I had to call the day after one item was to be completed. I asked about another item I was to pick up in a few days. The person on the phone blew me off stating it may take another week. Picked up my framing which which cost $275.00. I received coupons in the mail on 7/30/22. Picked up my framed work on 7/28/21. I phoned to see if they would honor the for $40.00 off since it had only been 2 days. No I was told. But, if you bring in the coupon next time we will honor it. There will be no next time. Very poor business relations.

        Have had 4 cross stitched pieces framed here, on 2 different occasions. Staff is very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Pieces were all completed in less than 10 days. Prices comparable to other framing shops.
