Bath & Body Works

I am a regular customer here but there are new younger girls working now. What a different experience then before! I was treated very rude when I asked if I could use my coupon on a purchase. The girl was very condescending and rude to me. Another girl I'd never seen before named Victoria was no help at all. She was very rude as well and stuck up for the other co-workers behavior. Very disappointing. I was always taught to respect my elders and clearly these 2 girls were not taught this! Very disappointing!!! Unless you want to be treated poorly with absolutely no respect go to a different location!

The Auburn mall location has the best employees forsure! They are so helpful and give great advice and service! I love this store

Got some hand sanitizers 5 for 8 on sale. The store was crowded, which was good. This is my preferred store of choice , yesterday me and my older sister and I went to this Bath & Body Works, and usually, we're treated nicely , not today . I was treated as if I'd couldn't read . "One of the women working at Bath & Body Works, reiterated to (" Can you read") (" twice ") and then said( " you know it expires 2-27-22 ,which I was fully aware of ") . I was disappointed that I'd be treated like this. We do purchase a lot of things at Bath & Body Works. ------------------------------- Updated Review: I went here on November 08th ,2023 . I went here to get my ( FREE B- DAY gift) , which had an up to $9.95 value I was looking at the Hoilday Hand Sanitizer holders, I came across a Snowman Hand Sanitizer holder that was valued at $8 95 - or $9.95 asked the girl at the counter if this would be considered she had to ask someone else must have been a manager and was told it had to be a bath product but yet, but the coupon didn't state that. I also wasn't aware that I had to buy something to ( " Get FREE- B- DAY GIFT "), they were absolutely rude , and we shop here quite a bit the coupon " NEVER " stated it some silly bath product isn't what I'd wanted. My sister also had problems with the same girl over a couple she had as well. I believe my birthday coupon should be reinstated and be allowed to purchase something I really want . Instead of some silly bath product, which I have plenty of which I can give to relatives, friends/ family/ loved ones / one of those bath products, I got free. I hope this issue gets resolved. Bath & Body Works isn't what it used to be. The prices keep going up, and the quality isn't what it once was . Sad , sad . It was a wrose experience than before. I'm giving this store to 1 Star instead of 2 stars from my last - review to a 1 star ....
